If Solar Fire is cost-effective on the small DIY and local scales using simple tools, it stands to reason it’s also cost-effective at the industrial scale with more sophisticated tools where appropriate.

Linking
Since the focal point is fixed, applications and any piping is also fixed relative to the ground. This makes it relatively easy to link many machines together in a single steam system.
The most cost-effective unit scale for Solar Fire Concentration is probably between 50-100 square meters, as this reduces components, such as control mechanisms and absorber and mounted application.
Though if the application is particularly costly it could make sense to scale Solar Fire above 100 or even 200 square meters (though no example at this size yet exists).
