It’s been a couple of weeks since the launch of the new site! It’s definitely a lot better than the last version ... but there’s still some distance to go.
We’ve re-integrated the comments function so people can post comments again, and I’ve also added the authors name to the bottom which can be handy. Probably we’ll move the title of the page to the larger box since with longer titles it gets a bit weird on the side box ... but we also have to put more things in that side box such as a short bio of the author for Blorum pages, maybe a logo if they add it. There’s also a bunch of content to improve and clarify.
Eva’s putting together a list so don’t hesitate to suggest anything here as well. Obviously, a big one would be the FAQ which I didn’t have time to finish, hopefully I’ll find time soon.
Also, Eva and Nikolay put together a map of all the countries solar fire has been made, which can be seen at the bottom of the history page.
So, I’ll keep blogging what improvements are made. The main goal is to get to the point where everything is clear and smooth enough to activate automatic Blorum creation. In the mean-time we can create a Blorum section for you if have ideas/experience to share.
