Solar Roasted Peanut Butter Plant

This plant consists of the following:-

(1) Ravitap-126 Solar concentrator of 126 glass mirror reflectors of 20cm x 20cm fitted on 9 rows (14 reflectors in each row) on inclined frame size 3 mt x 2.3 mt.

(2) Solar oven of 700mm x 700mm x 700mm in size, effective space 600mm x 500mm x 500mm complete with door on the back and toughened glass on the front and packed with cerawool insulation on all sides. Revolving drum of 450mm diameter x 450 mm in length made of wire netting is provided inside the oven for uniform roasting of peanut. Roasting capacity 10kg per hour.

(3) Common base frame manually revolving on vertical axis supporting solar concentrator and solar oven on 3 castor wheels.

(4) Peanut butter making machine of 4 kg capacity per batch in 10 minutes. 1 hp motor for power included.

This complete plant is uniquely folding having a shipment volume of 2 cu mt only.
