Project started in december 2006 and a Vesta was constructed and presented at the International Conference of Renewable Energy in Havana 2007. C. Fernandez-Aballi (of Cujae University - Centre for studies in renewable energy and Technology) continues the project with cooperation with Bristol university in the UK.
